In order to point your domain to your hosting service held with us, you need to update the nameservers on your domain.
Domain Registration held through Levation
If you have your domain name registration services through Levation simply login to Levation Control > Via the menu click Domain Management and select Manage > Click on your domain name > Click on the Manage option under your domain (it may list Manage Custom, Manage Parked, Manage Forwarding or Manage DNS Hosting) > Select the cPanel Hosting option.
Once you have made this change, please allow 24-48 hours for DNS to propagate and your website/emails to come online.
Domain Registration held through a third party
If your domain is registered elsewhere please ask your domain name registrar to update your name servers on your domain to the following:
ns1.hosting-panel.net.au
ns2.hosting-panel.net.au
ns3.hosting-panel.net.au
The IP addresses of our name servers are as follows:
ns1.hosting-panel.net.au - 203.143.82.84
ns2.hosting-panel.net.au - 203.143.82.39
ns3.hosting-panel.net.au - 203.143.82.250
Once you have made this change, please allow 24-48 hours for DNS to propagate and your website/emails to come online.
